Regulations on Abusive Use of IP Rights in China

I received the information about the seminar on: Regulations on Abusive Use of IP Rights in China.
The speaker is Prof. Thomas Cheng, Assistant Professor, University of Hong Kong.

The seminar will take place on 25 July 2008 at Max-Planck-Institut für Geistiges Eigentum, Wettbewerbs- und Steuerrecht
During my reseach period at MPI, here in Munich, I have the opportunity to study the IP law not only in Germany, but also in the other European States, in U.S.A. and, in general, in the common law area.
The "quiet revolution in American Copyright law" is also very interesting. The title is not mine, but it's the title of a lecture of Prof. Paul Goldstein, Stella W. and Ira S. Lillick, Professors of Law, Stanford University. You can find further information at the Munich Intellectual Property Law Center Lecture Series.
